Collector Protection Staff - Guild Wars Forums

I realized that you can get a collector healing staff in Witman's Folly with 20% healing recharge, 20% healing casting speed because of the new update. but i couldn't find the collectior protection staff. according to one website, there are only two known collection holy staff. one is healing, as i mentioned, the other one is divine favor right now outside Augory(sp?) Rock.
so my question is: is there a collection protection staff in the game? if there is, where is it?
